Camembert

Baked Camembert
INGRÉDIENTS :
1 camembert
1 sprig of rosemary
1 tablespoon of honey
A few walnuts

PRÉPARATION :
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Place the cheese in a baking dish suitable for its size.
- Score the top of the cheese.
- Drizzle with honey and add a few sprigs of rosemary and the walnuts.
- Bake until the cheese is soft and slightly runny.
Serve immediately.
Camembert, Broccoli & Ham Pie
INGRÉDIENTS :
1 shortcrust pastry
1 camembert
400 g broccoli
100 g ham
4 eggs
Crème fraîche

PRÉPARATION :
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Butter a tart pan and spread the shortcrust pastry in it.
- Steam the broccoli, cut it into pieces, and spread it over the base of the tart.
- Dice the ham and place it over the broccoli. Then slice the camembert and arrange it on top.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with 4 tablespoons of crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper, then pour over the tart.
- Bake for 45 minutes.


Camembert Croquettes
INGRÉDIENTS :
1 camembert
1 egg white
Flour
Breadcrumbs
Oil for frying

PRÉPARATION :
- Cut the camembert into pieces.
- Coat each piece in flour, then dip into the beaten egg white, and finally coat in breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil in a deep fryer. Fry the camembert croquettes until golden brown.
- Remove them with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels. Serve hot.
